Staff was friendly, inviting, helpful, courteous, and swift for service. We came in off season (April) for the Eclipse party. The food was delicious, the DJ was amazing, they provided eye glasses for the viewing. Had a bar and fire pits going. It was a wonderful afternoon. I love the pool and sauna, the hot tub is very warm and comfortable. The food is great, we had breakfast at the White Lion which has a wonderful view of the lake. Check-in and out were a breeze. Excellent location and right downtown with many food options. We had takeout dinner right in our rooms that evening, but the next day it was a short walk for lunch. 10/10 absolutely recommend staying here. The rooms were comfortable and the shower was beautiful, they had a tub as well. We stayed in the main hotel. There’s free coffee in the lobby to take to-go and a beautiful sitting porch. Will be staying with them away! Thank you

The good: Rooms are clean and have been modernized. Property is beautiful Good water pressure Great location Indoor and outdoor pools The not so good: Our room had a separate shower and tub. The shower was a very small corner shower. Water temp is finicky Toilet was very low Brunch Buffett was more limited than I would have expected As a hot tub owner - Hot tub was much hotter than I would have expected. Sauna felt old

We came for the Eclipse package FT. William Henry promoted via email. The weather was beautiful. We sat outside around one of their many fire pits with a gorgeous view of Lake George and the sun/moon in the sky. There was a DJ pre and post eclipse which added to the festive atmosphere. We thought the finger foods were delicious. All including fruit kabobs and tasty desserts were in the package price. We spent the night, the accommodations were as expected for one of their lower priced rooms. We arrived early, the check-in staff told we could use all the facilities until our room was ready. We walked to nearby Lake George village and popped back out there in the evening for a quick bite to eat as we were pretty full from the extended lunchtime snacks. At all times the staff was available, professional and friendly. Thank you.

Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center is highly recommended due to its beautiful location on Lake George. We found the room was comfortable and the food was exceptional. We were impressed by the hotel's top quality.and service. Once more, it is ideally next to historic Fort William Henry and in walking distance to the Lake George ferries and shopping district.
